I truly feel like I’m a better player than I was before. While I have been playing FFXIV since long, long ago, I have never been as OBSESSED with it like I am recently, specifically because this community helps to make it the most enjoyable it’s ever been. I was usually warm and cold about playing because my past experiences with this game has involved a lot of unnecessary complications, but now I’m always excited to have fun and experience things with everyone. In the HJP community I feel welcomed and supported every time I play or watch a live stream. “I've joined several Discord servers, most not even related to FFXIV, and I follow several creatives on YouTube and Twitch, but none of them are more than an entertaining watch, or some information sources. I almost never interact with any of them beyond a "like" or occasional question hoping someone has an answer for a problem. I don't really know why or how, but something about this community clicked with me and it genuinely feels like a group of friends hanging out. Heather, I think, might call it "magic" and... “The HJP community has been very special because it's the first time I've ever participated with an online gaming community (been gaming since the 90's!). I've followed many content creators over the years but with such large and established followings -like Preach Gaming or Grinding Gear- I felt like I'd be just another number in the community. I like that the HJP channel and community are in the early stage! It already has cool, chill, and friendly members who are brought together for our love of gaming, FFXIV, and Heather's content!”

So many people responded to that to let him know that FFXIV community on a whole is not like other games where toxic behavior is just part of the game.
